We’re on the lookout for a part-time Charcuterie Chef Board  – someone with a calm confidence, an eye for detail, and a love for crafting beautiful sharing plates.

You’ll be the heart of our kitchen: preparing charcuterie, cheese boards, and pastries with care, keeping things smooth behind the scenes, and ensuring everything meets the highest food safety standards. You’ll be responsible for EHO compliance, daily prep, and keeping our food offering as effortlessly stylish as the space we serve it in.

Who you are:
   •    Level 2 Food Safety certified (required)
   •    Comfortable running a solo kitchen shift
   •    Organised, tidy, and standards-driven
   •    Passionate about quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation

What you’ll do:
   •    Prepare and plate our range of sharing boards and light bites
   •    Ensure all practices align with EHO requirements
   •    Manage stock, maintain a spotless prep area.
